The gentleman that works here makes great food evenly spread out toppings lots of sauce and beautifully wrapped pitas. The lady that works here is another story. The first time I came in and she made my pita she put all the wrong toppings on it(which wasnt a big deal probably just misscommunication) so I went and asked for another politely and she got very upset and rude with me and the pita that she remade had almost nothing in it, basicly no sauce and was wrapped terribly. I recently went back to give it another try, and the lady put all tzatziki, hummus and lettuce in the front of the pita with no meat, and was missing two toppings I asked for, and green peppers instead of hot peppers even though I asked for hot peppers.Then in the bottom of the pita was all the meat with no sauce whatsoever and no vegetables at all, so it was as dry as a bone and very unpleasant to eat.. It was also wrapped in the wrapping paper terrible and also didn't even have any garlic sauce on the pita. Very disappointing experience

Osmow's in Orangeville is the exception; always satisfied with the cuisine choice and the way it's prepared and served. The owners are exceptionally friendly and will always listen to what their customers need - time and time again, they've show me that. It's a genuine comfort knowing when the urge for "comfort" food is at hand, this location always deliver. Highly recommended and be sure to try out the Lamb shawarma with their personalized sauce and extra hummus! You won't leave disappointed.

They have ways of customizing your order with sauces and stuff so make sure to go through the menu to know what you really want and then place your order. Let me know if you try anything else and I'll order that next time!

She will cut you short on garlic or hot sauce, and if you ask for a bit more, she drown your food in it. Although I love the garlic sauce, I don’t want to drink it lol other than that, it is 5 stars. If changes are made, I’ll change my review. :)

I don’t do the sauces so I eat it as a healthier option so…guilt-free. Recommend this and a great dining spot.

I politely had asked for my chicken to be finely chopped, the lady did not understand me so I explained to another employee what I wanted. When I did this the cashier with the Gucci mask got very upset and snapped at me saying “ You talk to me not to him, the chicken is already chopped and I Will not chop it any more.” In my experience at multiple different Osmows locations I have never had an issue asking for finely chopped chicken. Seems like the girl just had an ego trip and probably needs more training on customer service skills. Anyways, I know the owners of this place and they are very nice people. Just need to do better in the hiring process.

P	P B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there in the afternoon and asked for a medium half and half with extra garlic sauce and hot sauce. Fries were fresh and hot and rice were well cooked as well.
