Fine post office. Staff are always friendly and easy to work with. Never ever had a problem.

Ridiculously atrocious service on two occasions. The first time I called I was left on hold for 20 minutes and then the phone was answered and hung up to stop the ringing. On another occasion I called to confirm a package had been delivered. The lady asked for my name and proceeded to search it. After telling me it wasn’t there I asked to give the delivery number and in the middle of my sentence she interrupted me and said “I have a big line. I have to go. Bye.” And hung up. Irresponsible staff likely due to irresponsible management not scheduling enough employees.

Very unprofessional customer care /relations(one specific lady) . The lady who i was dealing with at the counter made me feel like a thief/criminal/child . It was bizarre. She implied that I would take advantage of a situation that I just learned about at that moment. Anyways, long story, but you can be assured if they make a mistake, you will be blamed for it. I will certainly not returning to that location. ever. (I give 1 star for the other staff that were fine).

Very very slow staff. Every time I go there, there is a very large line (20 mins minimum). Dropping off or pickup up a package should take 1 min but some how the staff make it take 8mins a person. They do not care about the line and they do not care that they make the customers wait. The staff are polite but very inconsiderate to other by going sooooooo slooooowwwww. Also not COVID responsible to create this big of a line in an indoor space. There is only one 6ft marker and 8 people in line right now. If they insist on be that slow they MUST add more social distance markers so people know where to stand to maintain a safe distance. This location should NOT be operate as is. Maybe canada post needs another larger location to safely operate during these times. Faster to drive to a different location then wait in line.

Its a lovely new Shoppers altogether seriously!! The other one had definitely some sad and lonely vibes that the long lost Zellers of Oville radiated. However, the post office is a better setup but the lineup space is super awkward. The lineups with COVID can be long and the service goes at a great speed - paying attention to each customer. But the line should swing around to where the extra pop and tissues are stocked. Being in an aisle in awkward and makes people shopping uncomfortable as the linr is unavoidably going the OPPOSITE way of the floor signs.
