I went through the drive thru tonight, I ordered 3 combos, a Mozza Combo with a poutine, an uncle Burger Combo with an onion ring and a 5 strip combo with a fry, they asked me to park, which I did. I sat there for 30 minutes waiting for my food, 7 cars (whom all came after I did) were parked, served and long gone by the time I received my order. I had to ask the employee who was running the orders out to the cars if mine was coming, she had to ask what my order was and I then sat there for another 10 minutes before a man came out and asked me AGAIN what my order was and told me the system shut down. I waited another 5 minutes before the woman came back out with an order that wasn't mine and asked me to go inside. I was then asked TWO MORE TIMES what my order was before it was wrote down and taken to the kitchen. I work in fast food, I get things happen however this is absolutely unacceptable! NEVER in my life have I ever waited 45 PLUS minutes for a 3 combo order! There was little to NO productive communication! I'm extremely angry and highly disappointed and will not be returning. If I could give 0 Stars, I would.

D	DomsGamingFB on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Down to earth staff but disgusting food in general.... For example I found a clump of hair in my teen burger which got caught in my teeth as I bit into the burger. I ordered there last week and that was my result in service..... I do not believe they are using proper hairnets and or PPE while cooking. Please help and share this if you can!!!.
V	Victor Goertz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food took a little too long to prepare for a fast food restaurant. There was only one person ahead of us and there seemed to be only three staff members. Dirty trays were left at the garbage and recycling bins and were not cleaned up while we sat in and finished our meal. Food is always good no matter which A & W you go to but a clean restaurant with quicker service is always nice.
C	Christina Jimenez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a kids pack for my son, they asked us what sauce for his chicken fingers and we asked if they had sweet and sour, they confirmed they did have it so we asked for sweet and sour; they gave us a handful of ketchup packets and no sweet and sour sauce and the service was very slow. This was at the drive through. Everytime we've gone to this location it tends to take long, both inside and at the drive through. Breakfast time seems to be the slowest so if you're in a rush to work or have an unhappy toddler in the car, you're better off going somewhere else.
D	Destiny Freeman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience! Our breakfast was covered in grease as if someone literally poured grease in the bags. Food was not edible at all. Never once has this ever happened, we weren’t even rude to the lady taking our order. Customer service was horrible.

S	Seth Ricci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely stunning disrespectful service. Went through drivethrough at approximately 7:50. Ordered two double buddy burgers, chicken buddy burger and fries. Come home and both double buddy burgers are missing the meat!! Called in upset because how does someone fail this hard at a job when I was literally the only one at drive thru. Then the employee argues with me not believing what I am saying. Eventually tells me she will mail coupons for burgers I already paid for? So this is the responsibility this location takes. They will mail you coupons for product you already purchased. Nothing else to compensate. Employee was very disrespectful didn't bother to offer anything for compensation. I am a big fan of A & W but this location is vile. Will be calling head office tomorrow
