Update: felt I should update, this clinic is great and has been unbelievably helpful, along with the pharmacy. I don't understand how ratings are as low as they are and what I see many complaining about. I've been to this clinic multiple times and not once has there been a bad experience. They have been quick, helpful and I can't think of one bad thing to say. The complainers should probably look in the mirror. This place has been a God send _______________________________________ I've only called to get information and the nurse I spoke with was very nice. I'm waiting on a call back which is better than waiting on hold. For those people who keep complaining about waiting times. First of all, is that new for a doctors office? Secondly, are you priority or just believe you deserve care before others? They treat patients I order of URGENCY . Therefore the rest have to wait. That's life. These doctors are working through covid and your complaints and the government trying to mandate them out of their jobs after 2 years of sacrificing time with family and risking their own health only to hear some people botch they have to wait.... well... keep complain and you'll keep waiting . Thats for sure. I'm confident they will be able to help my situation and if I need to wait , it good thing These phones that everyone stares at EVERYWHERE for hours, well, few more hours to stare at it in a new setting. Call it a vacation. Stop whining. These doctors are still there to help you. A therapist can listen to your complaints Update: great clinic. I was informed of a possible 2 hour wait time ahead of coming in. I chose to come and wait and was seen much quicker. The doctor heard me concerns very clearly and understood the help I needed. He was prompt, respectful, understanding and has offered and helped me more in a few minutes then anyone has all year despite looking medical help. If I waited 2 hour it would be well worth it. Life saver . I appreciate this clinic so much. Aside from health issue if my own it was a great experience and instilled my faith in some doctors again. Thank God for this clinic. Thank you so much

Theres a wait, sure, but you're going to find that anywhere. Doc. is worth the wait. Feels like she is efficient, asks the right questions etc. Appreciate not feeling rushed.

This place is atrocious for these reasons. 1. I'm made to wait multiple hours after showing up for an appointment, the most being at least 5 hours. 2. Katie awad gave me anti depressants, and when told that they were making me suicidal, I was told that's not how these work and she just doubled my dosage. 3. I thank her for her time, and Katie awad scoffed at me. 4. as my family doctor Katie awad refuses to let me get a psychiatrist or therapist referral for my Borderline personality disorder and my other issues. 5. Refuses to acknowledge my issues so I can seek better help financially and mentally.

Dr. Katie is great. the practical nurse is good. But why do the Receptionist think there are to doctors. They say, no tolerance from patients. it should be the same for Receptionist. and not every thing is Covid19.

Bring a pillow, you're going to be left waiting in the small room a very long time. I was in the room for 45min. The doctor Asad was pleasant and compassionate towards my needs. He gets 5*

Dr. And nurse practitioner treat disease but don’t dig deeper to a root cause. Waiting for a family doctor that will truly dig. The secretary on the left who has all the catholic posters is very rude, acts like a gatekeeper all the time, she thinks she owns the place. Would be nice if she practices what she so proudly has on her posters.

The wait is a little long but it’s well worth the wait! Come here for the experience you’re looking for in terms of your health. Because they actually do care here at Urgent Care, and me and my family love when it is time to seek medical attention, that this clinic is nearby and have the knowledge to help!

Very rude staff, no customer service skills. Maybe hire someone who knows how to talk to a patient. We asked a simple question and were greeted with lots of attitude. I would never come back here.
