Vital urgent care staff is known for their fabulous customer service experience, even lineups are there, but it is bearable when you know someone is gona to serve you. Dr and front staff is professional and helpful. ? Highly Recommended ?

There was a bit of a wait so the ladies working at the front desk kindly took my information and gave me a call when I could return. I got to see Dr. Gopal who was great and so helpful. I could tell it was a busy day in the clinic but he was attentive, thorough and most importantly kind. Thank you so much to the healthcare professionals who are continuing to work during this pandemic.

The pharmacy within the same building sent the requisition for my prescription refill thrice and they did not bother to check and outright lied that they never received the fax. The pharmacist clearly showed the proof of fax delivery. And the lady in the reception was so arrogant that she behaved as if nothing happened. They knew that clinics and hospitals are never going to lose their business even if all customers and patients gave them 1 star during these covid times. Due to their incoordination between pharmacy and clinic, I missed 15 days of my medication. Even otherwise also, the reception is never friendly.

One guy came after us and started yelling at them regarding waiting time so she did let him go in just after five minutes wait which tells me that be rude and get your work done.Doctor was very nice and humble. We had to wait there for almost four hours. I started feeling sick there.Please save your time and to somewhere else.
s	shameza ramjohn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrost wait time came at 10am opening time waiting 2 hours and still waiting As an owner of a medical clinic you should be more understanding and caring you are in this field to provide medical help to patient I was there with a 6 year old who was hungry and complaining of belly pain by the time she was seen my complaint is not against the doctor or the staff my review is against the wait time maybe you should consider running your clinic more effectively more doctors and staff so they can help patient that needs the help instead of criticizing patient that is their because there are sick I do appreciate the doctors that work their as there was a lot of people but as an owner of a clinic you should have more than one doctor and staff working after a long weekend. And also instead of taking review like mine and criticizing it you should use it to improve your business and most importantly improve health care.

The clinic opens at 10 AM and the doctor shows up hour late. There is already a huge waiting line and you end up waiting the whole day if you walk in. The staff needs to respect patients’ time. Reply to comment below: it’s not a one day thing. I have experienced this many times before. Instead of getting upset about the reviews the staff should do something about it.

They even prescribed alternate medicines over telephone when called back as the little one was resisting to ointments/drops. Very satisfied with their service and planning to visit here going fwd. Thanks Guys, keep up the good work!

The best part is that this clinic is opened on weekends as well to cover people who can't visit in week days. Even though I don't have any negatives, but I have two suggestions for the management. I noticed that their working hours sometimes did not reflect correctly resulting in visits when the clinic is closed. Secondly, during my appointments I always met a different doctor which is sometimes hard for follow-up appointments. It is hard to book appointment with a specific doctor because of limited days/slots for doctor's availability.
