★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this dealership for repairs. They don't fix your car , they breaks things and make you pay for it after. they even deleted my review which i put last week under my real name. Plus the service rep should learn how treat customer with respect. This type of dealership should be reported to Toyota Canada.

We received exceptional service from Aron Goodden who took great care of us, ensuring everything was taken care of and the vehicle was in pristine condition for us. He ensured I received a fair amount for my existing vehicle and provided a rebate because I am a veteran, which was greatly appreciated. He answered all our questions and was professional and courteous. Overall, I am very impressed with the dealership and Aron.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just purchased a new hybrid RAV4 from Orleans Toyota. We couldn't be happier with both the car and our experience with Orleans Toyota. Zora, Matthew and Nate were absolutely fantastic.
Zora helped us pick out the car last year and secure a great deal, Matthew helped us finalize the options, the warranty and the insurance, and yesterday Nate demoed the new vehicle to us in a very comprehensive and extremely helpful walkthrough, he was knowledgeable, patient, accommodating and answered every question we had. Which made us feel very comfortable driving a hybrid for the first time. Driving a hybrid is a different experience so you need to be aware of and pay attention to certain things till you get used to it.
By far the best dealership experience we had here in Ottawa thanks for the great support offered by these folks.
Thanks Zora, Matthew and Nate for all your tremendous help and support!! Much much appreciated.

Zora and Nathan are great people who helped us to choose our first car in Canada. Zoya is so nice and kind. She responded to all of my questions in details and had prepared all the needed documents in advance. I want to thank Matthew as well who works in the financial part who did a great job as well. Last but not least, Nathan who prepared all the information that we needed for our car in a short time and did his best to inform us about all the features of the car. By the way, do not miss their coffee since it tastes super good. Thank you all for your assistance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love my new Corolla. Quinn helped me pick the right car for me, made it pressure free and exciting; like a buying a new car should be. I would recommend anyone who goes here to ask for him by name.
When I picked up my car, Nate helped me understand all the bells and whistles, and reminded me that stepping on the gas pedal was going to be fun... just not in the first 1500 kilometres (maybe 2000 lol). He's a Toyota owner too and shows his passion when he delivers you your car and hands you the keys.
I hope you get to deal with these two guys. They have genuine integrity when dealing with their clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an easy time with Graham, I went in knowing what I wanted. Due to COVID inventory was limited but pictures on the website was fine. I ordered my car without seeing it or test driving it but when it came in it was still what I wanted. We had a snow storm that day and Graham made sure I was okay due to me being pregnant. All and all super impressed
It won’t let me post a second review I also give 5 stars to Nathan who did my delivery with me while Graham was away. His knowledge of the vehicle and specs were awesome and we shared some laughs through the whole exchange. He also helped me turn off some features I didn’t want to deal with as I’m not a tech savvy person. He was polite the whole time and I’ve even emailed him a few time with questions and he’s answer right away. All and all I had great experience with both these guys

My wife and I were very impressed by the way John handled our initial inquiry and we appreciated the information and assistance provided by Devin and Matthew. Last, but certainly not least, Nate gave us a detailed walkthrough of the vehicle and he was careful to balance the flow of information with a much appreciated sense of humour. We will likely take him up on his kind offer to readily assist us should we have any questions. We bought our first Toyota in 1986 so it was great to deal with this excellent team in buying our latest.

I purchased a 2022 Tacoma from Quinn and I couldn't be happier. Quinn did an outstanding job during the sales process with no sales pressure, but ensuring I had the right vehicle, at the right price with the right accessories for what I needed. I would happily recommend going to see Quinn at any time for purchasing a vehicle. It was like sitting down and chatting with a friend.
