K	Kevin MacKay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not worth the money, paid $24 for premium wash plus extras and the vehicle was still dirty. The back SUV hatch wasn't clean and the lower half of doors and road wash areas was still dirty all along the bottom. This is the second time I have washed here and I believe you get what you pay for and I was considering a membership. Both times the car was still dirty. I do love the speed they put you through and the products offered but they don't get the vehicle clean, I have better luck elsewhere.

Membership plans are inexpensive and include unlimited washes and use of mat cleaners, vacuums and more. Money well spent especially in winter months when salt and snow can put a lot of wear and potentially rust on your vehicle if left unattended to.
C	Chantal Black on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I went to this car wash. The young lady who served me was pleasant and knowledgeable! My issue was not with customer service, it was with the vacuums actually. It may seem a silly thing to some, but instructions on how to use/power them on and off (aside from the green button) would be helpful. There were 'member' vacuums and 'customer' vacuums, and the first vacuum I tried didn't work and didn't have the air nozzle for blowing dust/debris away. The second one I pulled up to AND the third, the 'green button' was missing and only a hole where it should be. It was also pouring rain at the time. Very frustrating. Paying nearly 24$ for a car wash, I maybe shouldn't have been so exasperated by the time I left!! I wondered if the 'member' vacuums had all their buttons? It is a great concept, and despite my frustration of the day, it is something I might consider giving as a gift to someone. However, only if getting my full money's worth in services and operational equipment!!
S	Sayeed Hassan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place does a good job at exterior wash. It has a section to vacuum up your car which has a pretty good suction. It also has a small pressurized air pump to remove any water within the window panes so it doesn’t leave any water streaks. The only reason I wouldn’t give it a 5 star is because I personally don’t like the tire polishing it does. It only does half a tire.
m	mary anne burnett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super fun powerful car wash. The atmosphere there is really fun! Extremely friendly and pleasant staff! The vacuum bays are fantastic and easy to use! It was really fast to get my car filthy from winter, inside and out, to sparkling clean, inside and out ( I still had a bit of dirt stuck in the unreachable places but I'll get to that later). Thank you, Halo! I'll be back for sure and recommend you to anyone who needs to clean their car!!

A	Aquagirl2020 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best car wash I've been to in Ottawa! I used it this past Saturday for the 1st time, the lineups were long, but it went by really fast. It was super organized and my car was sparkling after the wash. They have spots at the back of building to vacuum and clean the inside of the car. I was impressed by is the vacuums! They actually work properly and have good suction that work and cleaned car very well, unlike other places where the suction does not work at all. I'll definitely be back!

Included in membership is a vacuum service for your mats and car interior. I have suggested they add electric charging stations.
