★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased our tickets online, honestly the best way to ensure you get a seat for the showing you want!! When we got to the theatre, an employee greeted us right at the door, scanned our mobile tickets and we were in. It was super fast. We didn't buy anything, since we had just gone out for dinner, so we went straight to our seats. Mask required to walk around but they have spaced out seating so that they aren't required while sitting and watching the movie. We had a great time and enjoyed watching a movie in theaters for the first time in almost 2 years!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give a zero if I could. The manager on shift tonight was one of the rudest person I ever meet. I work in the customer service so I know how hard it is to deal with customers specially during Covid but she no efforts to try to fix the problem I was happy to get a full refund since I wouldn't to give my money to a place that have so little respect for the elderly and their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience! Forget cinemplex and Guzzo this is the future of movie theaters. To survive you need to adapt and thats what landmark is doing. Bigger more comfortable seats (check my photos), fair pricing, their amazing fountain drinks (and self serve!!) is just amazing. The food line is so quick due to the self serve fountain drinks. Staff was friendly and really easy to talk to. We watched a regular movie in the reclining seats and it was perfect. I would next time try the imax or 3D and will update my review.
Bathroom was super clean check my photos and that was at 12am after the last movie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service overall. Shared a bad experience with the store manager only to have the manager be just as rude as the staff working the concession stand. Not impressed at all. Not worth the drive to be treated with disrespect and unfriendliness. Taking my money somewhere else from now on. It’s a shame because Landmark Kanata treats their customers with respect, kindness and compassion. Landmark Orleans could learn from them!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bright screens, good sound, seats that go all the way back. Just a straight up theater with no BS. There are concessions and nice cinemas and little else, it's kind of refreshing.

Steps to go up to theatre.
Bough ticket at concession. Friendly employee, helped me find the perfect seat.
Movie started on time, was a bit loud. I wish they wouldn't have to be so loud. Especially when advertising time. We all have earing aids, we all have to turned them off. Really your movies are way to loud no wonder people are deaf.
No ramp to hold on to, dangerous, would advise to put some before someone falls. You have people who have light problems to go up or down the steps in theatre. Did not buy food at concession. All looked yummy and fresh.
