★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok movie theater.. small viewing rooms that smell like a closed in space, no arcades or any other kind of entertainment. The place feels like its about to close down. The service however was very nice, staff is polite and helpful.

Food area needed to be sweaped.
Theater was littered w ppp corn.
But... Very well served with kind smiles

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This cinema has lost quality years over years. Movie cutting, sound too low, lights on too long, smell is discusting...interac payments doesnt work each time I go even if there's months interval.... rather go in Gloucester, Hull is becoming the same...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To me it's an okay place. The seats are not super comfortable, but they're not bad either. The food is good but it's far from cheap. My biggest gripe with this place is that they don't show any movie in English (except on some very rare occasion). I hope this'll change at some point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place felt cheap but you cannot really complain when it's the only theater in the city. The price is decent especially on Tuesdays but the food and drink was marked up way higher than what they would sell in ciniplex which is ridiculous. Luckily my second language was French, I find that they should have some English options for movies. I watched a horror movie in French and I laughed the whole time. Nothing makes you laugh when you see that the voices does not match the actors and the setting of the film!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience! Waited 40 minutes in line to get a simple bag of popcorn and drink, 40 minutes. Popcorn ran out a few times. Was a busy evening but c'mon! Staff not organized and slow. Two stars only because of the fair cheap price, especially on Tuesdays
