Je reçois donc mes rapport supposément fait, et je me rend compte qu'il ont calculé seulement un T4. Vraiment pas professionnel et j'ai discuté à deux employés qui m'ont donné de l'information différentes sur mon même cas. Ils sont très confus. Sincèrement, à éviter. Vous allez épargner beaucoup de stresse. I initially give them my T4s from my two jobs, including one in Ontario. So I get my supposedly done report, and I realize that they have calculated only a T4. Really unprofessional and I spoke to two employees who gave me different information on my same case. They are very confused. Sincerely, to be avoided. You will save a lot of stress.

Nous étions très satisfaits du service mais cette année l'entreprise a grossit et le service laisse à désirer. Beaucoup d'erreurs et d'oublis de leur part. On a dû rappeller plusieurs fois pour les mêmes choses parce qu'aucun suivi n'était fait. Personnellement, nous allons changer de comptable pour la prochaine déclaration. We have done business with them for several years for our tax returns. We were very satisfied with the service but this year the business has grown and the service leaves something to be desired. Lots of mistakes and oversights on their part. We had to call back several times for the same things because no follow-up was done. Personally, we are going to change accountants for the next declaration.
