G	Gary Kober on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't recall ever dealing with anyone quite like Philippe Jette at Canada ITIN, in terms of speed, efficiency, knowledgeability, and courtesy. I had never heard of an ITIN before finding myself in a situation where I needed one. I called a few specialists in the field without much luck. Some were hesitant to explain more than the bare minimum unless I committed to hiring them; others launched unnecessarily into explanations of the intricacies of tax law that were above my head and irrelevant to what I needed to have done. Mr. Jette simply asked for a description of my situation so he could assess it properly. He responded the same day with a clear explanation of the process, a step by step list of what had to be done on both my end and his, in sequence, and an estimate of how much time everything would take. Completion of each step was acknowledged. Throughout the process he encouraged me to ask him anything I was unsure of and responded immediately with clear, concise answers. A couple of my questions went beyond his areas of expertise, and he offered to put me in touch with a team that could answer them. I'd give 6 stars to Mr. Jette and Canada ITIN if I could. Absolutely superb service.
