★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When my ultrasound appointment was confirmed the day before I was not given instruction for it, without the simple "have a full bladder" to which I was unaware, I instead had to have an internal ultra sound which was painful. The staff weren't on time, cold and unwelcoming. A place where you feel vulnerable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found the ultrasound technician here to be very impersonal and detached. Not very comforting when you are going through pregnancy for the first time. Never got to hear the baby’s heartbeat, which I was really looking forward to.
With Covid, my husband cannot come to the ultrasounds (fair). But they wouldn’t even write the gender on a piece of paper for us to share together afterwards. Many other ultrasound clinics have done this for their patients, so I don’t know what the big deal was at this location.
Both times I left here feeling dejected and disappointed.
