★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Karmel Secretary Never answers the phone or does she return any messages And if you need any prescriptions to be renewed she does not do that either. I like to talk to somebody who is responsible for her. I usually have to call the other secretaries at the office Get a hold of anybody.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ receptionists are hopeless. My other family doctors receptionists always call the day before an appointment as a reminder and always call if you’ve missed an appointment. At O’Briens they don’t care. It takes multiple calls to get through to anyone and they always have an attitude

I finally took the plunge and am extremely pleased with Dr. Doan. He takes the time to explain how he arrives at a diagnoses, is very thorough, and is easy to talk with. Highly recommended.

His easy caring manner gave us great confidence in his ability. Dr. Doan explains every phase of your care. You never feel rushed. Also, Candace, his medical assistant is very competent and friendly. A wonderful asset to his practice. An outstanding team. We feel very fortunate to have Dr. Doan as our family physician.
