★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude. We arrived at the sales office at 6:30 PM (online shows open till 8 PM) yesterday and a representative locked the door when she saw us pull up. I guess they're not interested in selling houses. If they were closed for the day, she could've just let us know. I called the number listed on the sheet on the door for someone named Pat and no answer. Go figure. I've been to countless sales centers and the reps have had the courtesy of letting us know they're closed in a friendly and professional manner. Disappointed to say the least.
