Clearly cheated on that transaction and when you inquire, no one response back. Never deal with them. I wish there is negative rating on these review and i can give them.
P	Perry Kaler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently closed a house from this builder in upper valley community in brampton. I was taken advantage of due to covid-19 situation. This builder charged me a penalty of $4,520 because their lawyers were closed for three weeks due to the covid-19 pandemic. My lawyer made many attempts to reach them to get an extension on the closing date, however they didn't reach out to my lawyer until after the original closing date. My mortgage specialist was dealing with many other builders during the pandemic and all other builders extended their closing dates without being asked. This builder was the only one who didn't make any accommodations. I have bought many homes from other builders and fieldgate is by far the worst. I have bought homes from rosehaven, townwood, aspen ridge, starlane, tribute communities, royal pine and all are superior builders compared to fieldgate. I will never buy anything from this builder again and if you value your money, I suggest you to stay far away from them. If I could give them a rating below zero I would.

The hardwood in my home such poor quality of craftsmanship and apparently This is acceptable to their standards. I have never been so disappointed with a company who claims To build high qualify homes.

I bought house from them in cobble stones in Brampton and they showed us the home of dream on paper and gave below quality home which disclosed all their shameless lies. Not only me they cheated 50 home owners on the street anybody can go and inquire. Their sales reps are crooks. They would lie to sell you the garage and if you ask anything later on they will say come to us through the lawyer. They use the cheapest of cheapest material and you can not even find from the market. I don't know where they find the material from..... Flush you money into gutter but never buy a home from these greedy people.

The material used for Framing is better than any builder on the block. When compared with previous builder that I have done business with, this builder took the extra step in making the home. Interior finish was good but can improve. Over all my experience with Fieldgate Upper valleylands homes was pleasant.
