We have seen the Orangetheory Fitness but we didn't know anything about it until our friend, who is a member told us. We stopped by to checkout and we were impressed by the staff and the equipment. After taking the first class my wife and I were even more impressed. My wife signed up instantly and I am just working on organizing a few things to join. What makes this studio different is all workout sessions are led by amazing trainers (coaches). Thank you guys

I had my first class and overall it was wonderful! The only thing is I wish there was a class at 1:30-2:00 or 3:30 on certain days!

As good as working out can get. I HATE exercising, but they do a great job of making it better. All the staff are amazing.

I DO NOT FEEL THIS SERVICE IS WORTH THE $1,100 ITS COST IN TWO MONTHS. 1. Doesn't follow Covid protocol 2. Defective heart rate monitors. 3. Charges greater than listed for late canceling on a class that was canceled. 1. I've had to leave during a class because the person beside me was very sick. They did not have a mask on; they weren't covering their cough, and they were running on the treadmill next to me (the treadmills literally touch each other) and they still allowed them to attend the class. Every person has to be signed in by the front desk, so why were they allowed to attend class in this state? This is during the Omnicron outbreak. Used wipes are left in the cup holders of the treadmills all the time, and we attend the first class of the day. 2. My husband and I tried Orange Theory for two months. We purchased unlimited monthly passes and the OTFlex Heart Rate Monitors. Both HR Monitors did not work. Several times, we brought this up with staff, and no solution was offered. It wasn't until we emailed the head coach & studio manager that a solution was offered. The manager (Brody) was defensive to the point of SUGGESTING THE PROBLEM WAS OUR BODY AND NOT THE HEART RATE MONITOR. We were asked to pay $10 to try out a different heart rate monitor. When we upgraded my husband's heart rate monitor, we were asked for three names in exchange for $20 off the new heart rate monitor ($140). All three people who we referred complained to us about being berated with several calls, texts, and emails every day even after requesting to be taken off the call list, which is against the CRTC'S telecommunications rules. 3. Last night, it went down to minus 40 degrees, so we canceled our 5:15 am class at 11 pm the night before (6 hours notice when the requirement is 8 hours notice) We signed an agreement that stated the no-show fee was $12. Today, we were charged $14.75 each for a late cancelation. Then I received a call from Orange Theory because my husband and I were the only two people signed up for class the next day, so they were notifying us that they were canceling the class. I asked if the class ran this morning, and they said, "No, that class was canceled because you were the only two signed up, and you canceled, so we canceled the class." So, my husband and I were charged $30 for a class that was canceled. Meanwhile, they have just canceled this class time for the entire week, which equates to $100 lost in membership fees with no notice.

These are very well constructed workouts for maximum benefit every class. I am sweating buckets in 15 minutes and it would take me 40 minutes to break a bead at most other fitness classes. Thoroughly Satisfied each class. Thank you OT coaches!

I like the environment, our stats live on the tv and treadmill, the workout video clips to reference to, an the music. The trainer that leads the class is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I am grateful when they come and show me how to do an exercise properly; they are also so positive and encouraging! The trainers push you get you trying new exercises but give you confidence as they are right there showing you how, so you are always learning. It’s amazing!

I get a complementary class. Every one there are amazing, friendly and very helpful. Their workout is a cool concept and really intense. Facility is clean and have a shower. I liked it very much actually and the only reason I gave it 4 is the price. It is on the high side compared with other fitness facilities. I think it is worth the cost if you can afford it and like the idea of the excersizing with a group of people.

I love everything about Orangetheory. The workouts are as intense as you want them to be. But the awesome coaches keep you motivated and focussed. Every class is different so the workouts never get repetitive or boring. The people you meet make it fun. The hour zips by and before you know it…it’s over, you’re soaked in sweat and feeling great.
