Astrid m'a proposé de remplacer mes vieux coussinets de nez sur mes lunettes actuelles, avant de m'offrir une paire d'essai de verres de contact pour que je puisse bien me voir en essayant mes montures. Une si belle attention qui a fait toute la différence. En plus de me faire essayer autant de montures que je voulais, même si ça impliquait de devoir les désinfecter après. Et en voyant avec moi toutes les couleurs disponible dans leur catalogue pour que je trouve la monture à mon goût. C'est sans parler de l'examen de la vue, de l'ajustement de la monture et de la proposition de m'appeler en cas d'annulation pour avoir un rendez-vous plus rapide. En 20 ans de lunettes, je n'ai jamais eu un si bon service! Merci à toute l'équipe! It was a first visit to this clinic. From the moment I arrived, I was charmed by the attentive service without pressure. Astrid offered to replace my old nose pads on my current glasses, before offering me a trial pair of contact lenses so that I could see myself when trying on my frames. Such beautiful attention which made all the difference. Besides having me try on as many frames as I wanted, even if that meant having to disinfect them afterwards. And seeing with me all the colors available in their catalog so that I find the frame to my liking. That's not to mention the eye exam, the frame adjustment and the offer to call me in case of cancellation to have a quicker appointment. In 20 years of glasses, I have never had such good service! Thanks to the whole team!

Dre Leclerc prend le temps d'écouter et de venir en aide à ses patients. Ma grand-mère a eu un problème avec ses yeux et elle a été vu à la première heure le lendemain matin. Arrêtez de chercher, vous avez trouvé la clinique qu'il vous faut!!! A very nice clinic in Montreal! I have been visiting this clinic for more than 5 years and each time the service is impeccable. Dr. Leclerc takes the time to listen and come to the aid of her patients. My grandmother had a problem with her eyes and she was seen early the next morning. Stop looking, you have found the clinic you need !!!

I was there with my 2 year old who I was watching relentlessly. She tried to climb onto something in the store but I caught her and stopped her right away. After I had already stopped her and removed her from the area she was climbing, a woman came running towards me yelling about it being unacceptable. There were no damages done and like I said, I was actively parenting my child and not just letting her have the run of the place. Very hostile and rude employee who seems to not understand that toddlers are not robots and that parents are out there doing the best they can. Would never go back or recommend anyone to go there, especially if you have children as they are not tolerant of them even if you are watching them and stopping them from touching things. Terrible experience!!!

They just say you can see without touching and if you'll be interested you should take an appointment I was wandered because I was the only person to visit the place then I moved to their neighborhood optique Nantais and I really enjoy the service and it takes few minutes for me to chose my pair of glaces and i left totally satisfied. I feel sorry about the owner of this business but your team deserves less then 1 star
