★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have to be careful when you visit the store. Michel, the kind man who seems to do most of the "hardware" / repair-focused jobs is very knowledgeable and can seemingly work miracles as he fixed what was - as the first lady who welcomed me to the store - an "impossible to fix" pair of glasses (the right branch had snapped part-way, requiring new hardware to fasten it).
The eye doctor was very friendly and understanding, very enthusiastic, too! The only reason I'm not giving five stars is for the lack of service the first time I came around. They basically saw my broken glasses and told me "it can't be fixed" when it was actually fixed (temporarily until my new glasses come in) by Michel.
Solid service and expertise - if you talk to the right people at the right time on the right day.
Bottom line : Your mileage may vary, but Michel and the eye doc themselves are pros and it shows!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ poorest quality of lenses and deceptive advertising. For example ...be wary of 3 for 1 deals...pricing doesn’t add up....They use Essilor charts to select lenses, but they don’t give the Essilor guarantee package when you pick up your glasses. They didn’t even place my new glasses on my face to see if the fit was proper and to ask if i was conformable. They placed them in a cheap box and rushed me out. Not giving me the opportunity to ask questions etc...What I should have done prior to purchasing my glasses...This was a clear indication of what they’re all about. Lesson learned..i’m not one to react on the spot but will never go back nor promote their business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made appt. for contact lenses. Was told to come back as person that was originally booked for did not do contact lense fittings. Came back today today for appt to be told they have no time after appt was given for 4pm. Was asked to come back tomorrow. Too furious to go back here. Called back to cancel dossier. Receptionist looked very disappointed of the situation. Not her fault.
