Je communique avec le centre le soir même et dès le lendemain j'ai un rendez-vous avec une charmante Optométriste, Natacha Rail. Un excellent service, rapide et courtois fait avec le plus grand professionnalisme et les plus grandes précautions en raison de la pandémie. JAMAIS je ne me suis senti à risque avec les précautions prises par le centre visuel. Mes lunettes étaient prêtes hier et le propriétaire de la clinique prend le temps de livrer personnellement mes lunettes au travail......avec un café en plus....Quel service incroyable. Une équipe dévouée et passionnée. Je recommande fortement cette clinique et son équipe. Un gros merci Natacha et Stéphane pour l'expérience :) Life experience: Covid-19 emergency, I lose my glasses and can't see anything. I communicate with the center the same evening and the next day I have an appointment with a charming Optometrist, Natacha Rail. Excellent, prompt and courteous service done with the utmost professionalism and the greatest precautions due to the pandemic. I have NEVER felt at risk with the precautions taken by the visual center. My glasses were ready yesterday and the owner of the clinic takes the time to personally deliver my glasses to work ...... with an extra coffee .... What incredible service. A dedicated and passionate team. I highly recommend this clinic and its team. A big thank you Natacha and Stéphane for the experience :)
A	Abdelhak Lahmer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ malheureusement j'ai été très mal reçu hier par la réceptionniste, qu'elle parle vraiment de mal , elle est très agressive, j'ai quitté les lieux en courant pour ne pas être en confrontation verbale avec elle . Je n'avais pas de rendez-vous, une des deux réceptionnistes voulait me servir (jeune fille asiatique ), mais la deuxième réceptionniste lui a parlé de manière menaçante (il n'a pas de rendez-vous !!) J'espère que cette dame ne restera pas car vous perdrez beaucoup de client avec elle, pour moi je n'irai jamais là-bas. unfortunately I was very badly received yesterday by the receptionist, that she speaks really badly, she is very aggressive, I left the place running so as not to be in a verbal confrontation with her. I didn't have an appointment, one of the two receptionists wanted to serve me (young Asian girl), but the second receptionist spoke to him threateningly (he doesn't have an appointment !!) Hope that this lady will not stay because you will lose a lot of customers with her, for me I will never go there.

J’ai acheter ma première paire de lunette là-bas, un mois après, une vise importante de la monture à lâcher ce qui a fait tomber et briser mon verre. Au lieu de me remplacer la monture pour éviter que ça se reproduise, ils ont simplement mit de la colle….. 8mois après la monture a encore briser. Je ne conseille PAS DU TOUT!! Poor service and grossly overpriced products for the quality. I bought my first pair of glasses there, a month later, a big aim of the frame to drop which made my lens fall and shatter. Instead of replacing the frame for me to prevent it from happening again, they just put some glue… .. 8 months after the frame broke again. I do NOT recommend AT ALL !!

Le personnel était assidu, chaleureux et donnait les bonnes recommandations quant au choix de lunettes. J'ai fait ma paire de lunettes là-bas et je recommanderai cet endroit à d'autres gens. Excellent service! I am very satisfied with my experience there. The staff were hardworking, friendly and gave the right recommendations for the choice of glasses. I made my pair of glasses there and will recommend this place to other people.

Toutes ma famille font leur lunette mais après la mauvaise services que j'eu. ont perdu 13 personnes de ma famille et moi 14 personne. I have been a customer since 2015 but lately in this place I had bad service for me it will be the last time that I do my glasses here. All my family do their glasses but after the bad service that I had. my family lost 13 people and I lost 14 people.

Même les autres réceptionnistes qui était a côté étaient choquées. Malheureusement une seul personne peut salir les autres . Malgré Je suis satisfaites des autres employés mais la c'est fini je vais aller dans un autre centre . Really disappointed with the welcome of the receptionist, she speaks meanly and impolitely. She didn't even let me figure out what to say. Even the other receptionists who were nearby were shocked. Unfortunately, only one person can smear the others. Despite I am satisfied with the other employees but it's over I will go to another center.
