★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tres decu des Celestes qui ont ete livre a Urgel Bourgie pour les funerailles de mon pere...a peine la moitie des lilies dans les 2 pots etaient ouvertes, et ce meme avec 3 semaines de preavis et commande!!!!
Apres avoir contacte ce fleuriste pour exprimer ma deception des lilies qui n'etaient pas ouvertes, on m'a repondu qu'il fallait que j'en fasse la demande lors de la commande! INCROYABLE, n'ont seulement ce fleuriste me blame mais aussi ils livrent des fleurs fermees!!!
 Very disappointed with the Celestes that were delivered to Urgel Bourgie for my father's funeral...barely half of the lilies in the 2 jars were open, even with 3 weeks notice and order!!!!
After having contacted this florist to express my disappointment with the lilies which were not open, I was told that I had to make the request when ordering! INCREDIBLE, not only have this florist blame me but also they deliver closed flowers!!!

Disappointing customer experience, exorbitant price for the product, the service I received was unpleasant. I found more beautiful flowers at the maxi and at a better price. Another place to avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely visit this place The last time I went to another florist, I regretted it. This place always manages to have a different, special flower to inspire your bouquet - the dahlias and pink roses blew my mind at my last visit. Even their pre-made bouquets are gorgeous. The price is excellent - I've spent twice as much downtown for bouquets that were only good enough. The only downside? Their display fridge is far from the work table so it takes a little longer :) Wortjh it. I buy flowers about twice a month and am happy to bring by business here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The florist working there was very welcoming and professional. She knew her job in and out and gave great opinions on what I should take for the event I needed the bouquet of flowers for.
The place doesn't have a large selection considering how small it is. However they had more than I genuinely thought they would. Would definitely recommend people go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing staff, service and stunning flower arrangements. I live in another province and needed to send flowers to a dear friend in Montreal. Ruth contacted me from the florist after I had left a message. She was so patient with me, because I did not speak French. We figured out together which flowers I wanted to send my friend using their website. Within one hour and 15 minutes, I received the bill, she forwarded me a photo of the arrangement and delivered them to my friend. The arrangement was stunning and the service was absolutely outstanding. I would highly recommend this place!
