★ ★ ★ ★ ★ j'ai été avec ma fille vraiment pas aimé, premièrement il m'a charger pour un enfants et j'ai su par la suite que c'était supossé être gratuit! et il me disait que ma fille jouait avec les test, voir si un enfant pourrait traffiquer les machines avec ses yeux. méchand moineau.
 I was with my daughter really not liked, firstly he charged me for a children and I knew afterwards that it was supposed to be free! and he would tell me that my daughter was playing with the tests, see if a child could tamper with the machines with his eyes. wicked sparrow.

J'étais souciant à propos de ma prescription, j'en parlais a une des réceptionniste et elle m'a demander si je voulais que l'optométriste vienne me remontré la vue (avec les verres qu'il teste) et je disais non non toute vas bien je vous fait confiance.! Et bien Éric Zwarts est sorti de son bureau et a pris la peine de me le montrer!! Opto Réseau est une très belle endroit et a de meilleur prix que certaine place (New Look) lol merci a vous !
I am really happy with the customer service.! I was worried about my prescription, I talked to one of the receptionist and she asked me if I wanted the optometrist to come and show me my sight (with the glasses he is testing) and I said no no all is well i trust you.! Well, Eric Zwarts came out of his office and took the trouble to show it to me !! Opto Réseau is a very beautiful place and has a better price than certain place (New Look) lol thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je ne retournerai plus jamais à cette clinique pire expérience, j'ai un dossier là-bas et j'ai eu un accident avec une branche dans mon oeil incapables de faire une place de 10 min pour m'examiner.. j'ai laisser 2 fois mon numéro pour qu'on me rappel il n'a même pas pris le temps de m'appeler seulement pour me conseiller... résultat urgence, ensuite transféré à medigo pour des super soin pour finir par voir un ophtalmologiste
I will never go back to this clinic again worst experience i have a file there and i had an accident with a branch in my eye unable to make a 10 min place to check myself..i left 2 times my number to be called back he did not even take the time to call me only to advise me... emergency result, then transferred to medigo for great care to end up seeing an ophthalmologist

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to be completely honest , I normally don’t write reviews, however this place is definitely an interesting experience. If you don't have a choice I guess they are okay but they are expensive and not very accommodating at all .When confronted with this they actually say if you don’t like it we encourage you to go elsewhere. Unbelievable, I have never seen customer service like this in my entire life. They really don’t care for your business or else they would actually make that extra effort. I deal with customer all the time and making our customers happy keeps them coming back. If you don't then you loose business.

Took my 91 yr old dad here September 2020...extremely disappointed with the impatient eye doctor...he came out of his office with dad and told me dad was confused...my dad suffers from Parkinsons and dementia. He said he would call last place dad got his eye exam and will see him at a later date after reviewing his file. Waited 1 month...I called them and they told me they hadn't received his file yet. Afterwards I called many times and they always tell me they will call me back. We had paid the fees and never got a call or refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. Doctor Eric Zwarts has zero patience especially if you choose to purchase glasses elsewhere. My appointment was for 2:30. I arrived at 2:15. I waited over an hour. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. I bought my glasses at Costco, the staff there advised me that my prescription notes were "illegal". Dr Zwarts included a note on my prescription that says he doesn't guarantee because it was my first visit and didn't have old prescription. The Costco staff team laughed, all Dr Zwarts needed to do is look at my current glasses. What a farce!!!!!
