★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer experience ever!!! THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY YOU WILL SUFFER BEFORE YOU GET YOUR ORDER, THEY DONT GIVE 2 CENTS ABOUT YOU AFTER!. The staff at the store may be nice, though not enough to make up for their inattentiveness and lack of knowledge, the worst is the experience after leaving the store. After placing a 300 $ order for prescription glasses, I am told only at the end of the transaction, that the order will take 2 to 3 business weeks (A freaking custom car takes that long, not a pair of glasses !), when any other eye ware store takes a week. I go home and continue to suffer and struggle with my fading eyesight only to receive, two weeks later, a sarcastic email about how they care about my eyes and the glasses they had originally made "didn't pass the quality test" (either they hire inexperienced people who cant put lenses in a frame or they never placed the order) telling me I have to wait another 2-3 weeks... TOTAL WAIT TIME OF 2 MONTHS for a simple pair of glasses... ABSOLOUTELY RIDICULOUS AND Unacceptable!!!! I will be blind by the time I get them and will have to compromise on buying new eyes so I can afford a lawsuit!!!! BONLOOK more like WORSTLOOK.... Truly disappointed ....... After getting that email the kids they have "managing" the call center in Montreal who don't know the first thing about customer service try to teach me manners through their attitudes and fake apologies..... all in all save your money, time and patience TRUST ME, go anywhere else! I am definitely involving Ontario Consumer Protection Agency and will see what happens... My migraines are so bad all I wanted was to stop them so I went to a "recommended place" to get my money's worth... WORST IDEA EVER!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonlook has a great concept! but i fear they might be victims of their own success. i have been waiting for my glasses since oct. 23rd.
i initailly went to les promenades to oick a frame and then be seen by an optiician. it was soooo busy. we had to wait a little, that's fine. i receved a call on the monday saying they had a glitch on the computer system and they lost my bifocal mesurements. fine. i go back a week later to the rideau centre to fix that issue and they did not have a optician working that day. not fine... wow that threw me for a loop!
i then returned another time when an optician was there and they fixed it,
i received a very inaudible message from the promenade store yesterday and i guess they are ready. hoping all goes well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff helping you out choosing your glasses! The environnement is nice and simple. I would totally recommend it for anyone who wants a good quality glasses for affordable price (cost me 217,50$ taxes includes for 2 pairs with prescription)
The only cons is the wait for the shipping
