We were served by Sheri who took her time to explain the technicalities of the lenses and correct fit. She is a certified and licensed professional which made her very knowledgeable about the products she recommended - certainly much more than the average salesperson. We have been wearing glasses for over 20 years and been repeat customers at Lenscrafters over these years but this was by far the best service we have ever received to date. Kristin asked several questions and helped identify the available options in the store that fit just what I was looking for. Both her and Dilip helped get the measurements and fitting done very quickly. Overall it was a great experience and I will be back for future eyewear purchases.

The staff that helped me purchase my new glasses was very knowledgeable and helped me get the most affordable option since I told him I was on a limited budget. 5+ stars from me! Would definitely recommend and was totally worth the trip from Gatineau!

They had a large selection of different styles; not an overwhelming amount, but a style for everyone’s preference. They were able to have my new frames, and new prescription ready within an hour of my visit; which was incredible considering the fact that my old glasses broke, and I was in need. All three workers that I dealt with, from picking my glasses to checkout, were extremely pleasant. They also offer direct billing for some insurance companies which is a bonus for everyone. The store was very clean, and sanitized between each client. I’ll definitely be recommending this location. Thank you again!

The energy level of the staff that work here are inviting, reassuring. You will not be displeased with your visit, never have I had anything less than excellent service. I truly wish that I could have such wholesome experiences everywhere I go. If you are thinking about taking your business elsewhere.. think again, this is where you want to be. The manager of this store should be commended.
