t	thu le on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been using this company for a few yrs since I found out they have better rates (I compared their rates against all major Canadian banks and some other currency exchange kiosks in shopping centres). Note: I've only purchased Latin American & US currencies. Important: the rate you'll get may change from your order day to your pick-up day (which could be good, bad or insignificant). However, you can always cancel your order if on your pick-up day, the rate became too unfavourable. I recently bought Dominican Pesos (CAN$100) & asked for only small denominations for tips/pocket money, & got them all! P.S. They have great instant online chat support.

Indicated that the various denominations I required would not be an issue. Click and collect order place with confirmation no. and required denominations confirmed via e-mail, ready to pick-up next day at local branch. Attended Branch, presented copy of my transaction, Jason informed that he had NO info re my order let alone the denominations ordered or the availability of the so called on line “ exclusive preferential rate ”. Agent noticed my disappointment, he apologized. I would certainly rate his service as very good because after pleading my case and pressed for time.. he offered and I agreed to purchase some of the denominations he had on hand, and as a good will business gesture waived the commission and gave me a preferential rate. I got funds but my on line click & collect experience did not serve me well re hassle, fuss or stress. ICE needs to improve in that area and at least notify their Branch agents so clients are not disappointed when they show up for pick-up if they want repeat business.

I called ahead to make sure they had Colombian Pesos (COP) and they put the last bit they had on reserve until I could pick it up a few hours later. If you want only certain bills (i.e. 5000 COP instead of 20,000 COP make sure to call ahead and see if they have them, if they don't they can try to order them if you can wait a few days). Easy peasy experience, plus the woman working today was so friendly!
