Attitude from the young lady is brutal. Makes me not wanna go there.

The doctor was super nice and really funny, I didn't have to sit and wait for 25 minutes like I do at every other appointment and I left with contacts which I never thought I would love so much! Hands down the best clinic in Ottawa. I'm making my whole family come here 10000% Thank you Dr. Mak!!

The doctor was also very fast and made sure that what he was saying is clear. I 100% would recommend anyone looking for glasses to go book an appointment with the lovely staff at the front desk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Sheldon Butler is my Optometrist. He is extremely patient and professional. He takes time to understand concerns and explains what he is doing. Appointments are on time, and staff are friendly and efficient. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Crystal Chan made our visit extremely easy. Not only is she very professional but she instantly puts you at ease. I highly recommend switching Optometrists!
