Neil is an inspiration to his profession and his clients. His passion for what he does is a motivator on it's own. I have worked with Neil during different phases of my fitness goals; endurance, fitness competition and overall fitness level. I am always pleased with the results and love the dynamic workouts that he provides. I would recommend Neil regardless of your fitness level novice to experienced. Michelle

I highly recommend training with Neil. He is engaging, motivating and fun to work with, and more importantly is incredibly knowledgeable. Over the last 7 months he has worked with me to develop a program that helps meet my goals and addresses my injuries. I have been able to improve my cardio fitness, strength and mobility, as well as my body awareness during my time with Neil. This has all helped my rehab; especially Neil's focus on form and ensuring the right muscle group is engaging. Neil is an excellent trainer, especially if you have any injuries or physical limitations.

I’ve been working out with Neil twice a week for over a year.Β  Over that period, Neil has provided a wide range of workouts tailored to my goals focused on conditioning and increasing muscle mass.Β  He’s kept his exercises varied, interesting and often throws in a twist, resulting in never doing the same workouts twice. During training, he maximizes the number of muscles involved in each set and ensures I am using the right technique.Β  His workouts have increased in challenge and difficulty over time (which I like) because of the complexity of the exercises he has incorporated, not only because of an increase in the weights I’m lifting. Although he doesn’t provide specific diet programs, Neil has provided valuable tips around what and how much I should eat, supported by reliable and recognized sources online and nutrition/fitness apps. I’ve seen a great improvement in my weight, shape and overall health. I’m happy that Neil was there to help me make the required changes and has kept the workouts motivating throughout the process. Thanks Neil!

I have been training with Neil for over a year now and have nothing but wonderful things to say. Neil keeps the classes fun and interesting by developing different sets of exercises to target different muscles and aspects of fitness (stamina, flexibility, etc.). He is more than willing to accommodate requests to target specific muscle groups. It has been such a positive experience training with Neil as he is continuously looking at each individual's strengths and creating the next class to build off skills he has taught us. This keeps each session fun, interesting and challenging! I would highly recommend for anyone of any fitness level to come try just one class with Neil, you won't be disappointed!

Neil really helped familiarize me with the gym and a multitude of physically challenging exercises that I still use to this day now that I've moved away for university. I was always challenged but I never left without feeling accomplished after every session. He was extremely flexible which is very important to me as a student and we always had great conversation. I would definitely recommend Neil to anyone looking to ease into the gym or even experienced individuals seeking a challenge! Neil is the reason why I learned to enjoy exercising and became more in tune with my health :)

Neil Jones makes working out easy! Neil comes across gentle, but don't let that fool you! He came to my backyard, provided great equipment, and made sure there was results!

Neil is a very good trainer. He introduces new routines while making sure you are comfort and challenged. He’s very easy going and reasonably priced.
