★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time trying a chiropractor after horrible recurring hip and groin problems stopped me walking and running for about five months and physio wasn’t fixing it. Dr Jay assessed on first appointment then realigned pelvic bone. Instant improvement. A few more weeks of twice-weekly active release, laser and zapper (like tens machine but harder and better) and I was back running again. Great team in there, super friendly people. Utterly recommended!

I have never had an issue booking an appointment (even on short notice) because everyone there is committed to helping me get in the office so I can get back to my best shape.
In addition to the great atmosphere, the chiropractor is unmatched in his treatment. I always leave feeling fantastic after having my joints and muscles worked on.
Overall, it’s wonderful every time I go to Shephard Health!
