Concussions, also called Mild Traumatic Brain Injury (MTBI) can have serious long-term health consequences. Contact sports, Motor Vehicle Accidents and slips and falls where you bang your head can also result in concussion. You don’t actually have to hit your head to experience concussions. Your brain is actually quite fluid and mobile inside your skull so rapid movements of your head cause your brain to move quickly and then bang up against the inside of your skull bones. This can cause bruising of the brain, similar to if you banged your shin on a coffee table. That bruising results in concussion.

It is unfortunate that this locations policy is to charge clients full price that cancel within 24hrs of their appointment. I could understand warning someone that is repeatedly cancelling but first time… doesn’t seem reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Josip has made a huge difference in my life and my wife’s. I had a disc issue with SI involvement and he pinpointed the SI involvement right away, and adjusted me carefully. I was in a lot of pain and with his expertise it has been resolved!
National Spine care is about helping you get better. The quality of care is excellent, and they have become a trusted source of care for our family. There is no pressure to have repeat business and they are very knowledgeable. I was also introduced to their RMT and she has been awesome as well.
From the front desk to the chiro table, you will be taken care of here.

I have seen both Lindsay (physiotherapist) and Gordon (a Chiropractor), I would recommend both of them. They are both very knowledgeable and amicable.
I have suffered from back pain for many years, and I am recently contemplating surgery for a herniated disc. Knowing that surgery is not ideal, I decided to look into decompression. After seeing a chiropractor at a different clinic who quoted me $5,000, for decompression along with other treatments, I decided to seek out other options. That's when I started to seeing Gordon, whose price was a lot more reasonable, and his knowledge of working with surgeons was invaluable. With his help my sciatica pain is subsiding, along with my back pain. I have not finished treatment yet, but I am feeling optimistic that it can be avoided.

Lindsay (physiotherapist) and Jessica (massage therapist) are incredibly knowledgeable and kind and I feel very lucky to have found them! They are constantly attending classes and seminars to remain at the cutting edge of their fields. You will not find a better physio and massage therapist anywhere. If you're living with any pain, book with them and they will change your life!

Dr. Josip (chiropractor) came highly recommended to me. He is knowledgeable and diagnosed my issues immediately.
