★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked us to put their chocolate bar boxes in our locations. We agreed only if we would not be held responsible for policing the box, we don't need that extra responsibility and there's not always someone at the desk. After we came up short one time, they wouldn't leave until they got the money. I had called them numerous times to take the boxes away, so they send someone who gives our employees a hard time when they come to pick them up and they never end up taking the boxes. Finally I had to get upset with them on the phone, threatening to throw the boxes in the garbage and they finally came and picked them up. Then I go to our other store and there's a new box sitting on the desk. I have no problem saying no to these people, they are not transparent with their finances and it's a miracle the CRA hasn't revoked their charitable status. Several former employees of the OFTDF have spoken out against it. This charity is a scam, tell them to get lost.
