★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bottle depot I've ever been to. Staff very unfriendly, and have been ripped off along with many others, so will never be back. I will use a different bottle depot where the employees are trustworthy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't bother counting your bottles as they will just recount and then tell you your count was wrong. Has happened to my girls more than once. I can understand a dollar or two but it's always a lot more. Spruce Groce bottle depot is fabulous, staff is very friendly!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well we got there at 10:10am and one of the lady showed up at 10:20 after. After she got in they proceeded to take my bottles. I had 13 bags of bottles. Big blue bags. They gave me 55 dollars. My son was collecting bottles for 2 months and I brought them.here and we got completely ripped off. I wouldnt reccomend this place if it was the last bottle depot on earth

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to an inaccurate listing of the depot's hours on the internet, I arrived just as they were locking the front door for the day (a half hour earlier than what was specified on the web). They were kind enough to open up again for me and process my truckload of empties. I don't leave business reviews, but because they were kind enough to serve me even though they were under no obligation to do so, I'm making an exception. I want everyone to know what helpful people these are & to wholeheartedly encourage all who read this to support this fine local business!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner (the woman) is very very rude and impatient. Ive been there one time with my mom (mom goes there regularly, not anymore after last time) and her service is despicable. All she does is make comments and makes you feel embarrassed about unimportant things. We are going to travel to Edmonton to take our bottles in because it's not worth going here. Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great if you count your bottles and write on them how many are in each bag. If you take your bottles in loose I would recommend you watch their count very closely as there have been times when their numbers came in a lot less than mine. If you challenge them about it they can get a little nasty.
