★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An amazing find! They have such a huge variation of products. This store saves me a trip of going down to Markham! They have such great deals and excellent service. Their staff Yuee goes beyond the call of duty in searching for product info. I strongly recommend this place and have already send a handful of friends there!

Jennifer is so kind and great at making customer connections. She took her time to show us different products. She set all our products aside for us until we were ready to pay. Will be back.

I placed an order online and there’s no confirmation email or text. I called and confirmed the order has been received. They mentioned certain items from my order are not available which I am fine with but it shows their website is not up to date with their inventory status. I called the store a few days later as there’s no indication Canada post received the parcel. Now one week after I placed the order Canada Post just received it and it hasn’t gone out for delivery. And I didn’t receive any email about the order status. In comparison, another online store delivered my parcel 2 days after I placed the order. I received emails tracking order status throughout the process. Online order with OnesPlus has been very disappointing. I probably won’t try them again.
