He genuinely cared that I found the frames and fit that would work best for me. At first I tried on several frames and didn't like any, then he magically pulled a pair off the wall and said "these would look great on you" and they did! I'm super happy with the glasses and will be recommending OYF Optical to everyone I know.

Zey helped me find the best frames and my eye exam was very professional; the only thing though is that my eye exam was moved from after work to lunch time (there was a snow storm) and my exam incomplete and my pupils didn't get dilated due to having to return to work but they offered to have me return (haven't yet because my office moved). The glasses themselves are a dream, I've received so many compliments. I definitely recommend On Your Face if you're in the market for an eye exam and new frames.

Perfect, super friendly and genuine service, great choice of frames and unique styles - I found the perfect pair in a style I wasn't expecting. I had a complex lens prescription that needed fulfilling ASAP and their service was really fast compared to most other local stores. Very grateful to OYF and would recommend them to anybody.

Zey was there to greet me, and helped me find a set of frames that suited my face. He gave me a great deal, and even made me an extra pair of glasses for free! I highly recommend this place. Great quality product, good prices and friendly staff.

Zey looked after me, and was helpful, knowledgeable, and super friendly. My glasses were ready within only a few days, and staff were eager to help resize the frames to my face after having worn them a few days.

So much so that I ended up getting two pairs! I got my glasses in a timely manner. The service that I received was great! I referred a relative and they were happy with their glasses! I forgot to mention - I got my eye exam here as well. Call ahead to schedule an appointment.

The store owner is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I felt comfortable while browsing for the perfect pair (even though I ended up going back to the first ones I tried on). The store owner was very helpful and I didn't feel pressured or like he was just "trying to make a sale", his assistance is definitely genuine. The store's inventory is unique and stylish, with many options to choose from. My glasses arrived in a timely fashion. I've had to have them adjusted once since purchasing them, this was also a quick and easy experience. 10/10 :)

I purchased my last pair of glasses from Bonlook, and while they did the job, you do get what you pay for. I was introduced to OYF by a friend, and I can confidently say, I’ve found my new favourite glasses shop. OYF is quaint, personable, and Zey and his staff do a fantastic job of making the experience of purchasing glasses fun. I have an extremely high prescription and Zey was super helpful in educating me on what glasses would look best vs which ones to avoid. All in all, you cannot go wrong with visiting OYF. Oh and did I mention that they carry brands you likely won’t see anywhere else? Thanks again, Zey!
