I have been to both locations, downtown and Nolan Hill, both are excellent. He is kind, compassionate and I could not recommend a better person!

He listens to your wants and explains how he will exactly transform your hair to make sure you're ok with the process before proceeding. Definitely recommend him!

I've tried many different salons, in both Calgary and Toronto, and On The QT is where I will keep coming back to every time I need to get my hair done. The salon's offering is private and personal, making it more relaxing, professional, and a higher quality experience than any other salon I've been to. Gary goes above and beyond for his clients, making you feel like you are his only client. He has been doing my hair for years and I cannot recommend him more for colour treatments!

Prior to Gary I had been going to the same salon for nearly a decade and was pretty reluctant to switch salons but I’m glad that I did. He’s a very technical and detail-oriented hairstylist but what makes him exceptional is that he takes the time to find out exactly what a client wants and works with them to attain that. You always feel like you can tell him exactly what you want without feeling guilty about it. Well worth the price. Highly recommend On the QT Salon and Spa.

I spent a lot of money on cuts and colour with many different high end hair salons but I was never fully happy with the outcome. I am so happy to have found Gary. I absolutely love my haircuts and colours every time. It is rare to find someone who is as passionate as Gary. He is very professional, knowledgable and up to date with the latest hair techniques/trends. Most importantly, he is consistent! I always walk out of the salon feeling like a million bucks. I am so happy to have finally found my hairstylist for life. I highly recommend QT Salon and Spa. Thank you Gary for your amazing work!

But the best part of all was the haircut. Honestly, I felt and looked so good after my experience. I felt gorgeous. Gary took the time to really understand my hair, my problems and frustrations and really worked with what I had. Who knew a haircut could be so life changing?!?

First time getting waxed and came in thinking it would hurt like hell. It most certainly did not hurt like everyone says it does. This must be all because of Chanel's expertise. After it was all done my skin had no redness, swelling or major pain it looked like normal skin. 100% going back for sure.
