★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sooooo glad we had On Side Restoration look after our water damage claim. They are the best and easiest restoration company to deal with and if you are lucky enough to have Kevin L as your project manager....all will be good and looked after!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a Project Manager come out to the house to estimate damage from a car that came through my fence. When I called a week later to check on the estimate I had great difficulty tracking down the Project Manager. When I finally located the Project Manager (having to go through three other people) he did not know who I was at first. When he did recollect last week coming out to the property, he unfortunately was unable to see the damage (obvious to everyone else) and did not get back to me. When I described the 20 foot damage and the type of fence to him, he let me know that he did not repair chain link fencing and I should go elsewhere. I then called the Branch Manager who was just as helpful. I will never ever do business with this company nor will I ever recommend them .

Right from the start of our Insurance Claim On Side was with us, the work was done properly and on schedule. All of their employees were pleasant, helpful and approachable. If I have a need in the future for restoration service, they would be the first I would call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A tree fell through my home in middle of October 2020 and we lost everything in the house. The following months proved challenging but the crew at Onside Restoration, Matt Savage and all his guys helped me so much during that time. The crew was able to recover many belongings not anticipated to be recovered and those possessions are all we got back. Very thankful that Onside and their crews cared about our house, stuff inside and tried to get us as much as possible in return to help get my family back on it's feet. Many thanks to the entire crew for all their assistance during that challenging time!

I had no idea what to expect and On Side Restoration explained the whole process and were very quick to respond to my calls for info. The contractors were all knowledgeable and professional. On Side made this a very bearable experience. Their follow up with customers is excellent.

They arrived and got dehumidifiers set up in about an hour after being contacted by insurance even though it was late in the evening. The project manager, Kevin, provided us with regular updates and made himself readily available to answer our questions. We were very pleased with the customer service he provided. The repairs were done thoroughly and to our satisfaction. Overall, our experience with On Side was very positive and would definitely recommend them for your emergency restoration needs.
