BELFOR Property Restoration

We had a scare on our complex and many of our neighbors had lost their homes to a fire. Our home sustain minimal to none damage and yet Belfor treated us respectfully and addressed all our concerns. I am glad my insurer hooked us with the Belfor team. Thank you everyone for taking care of our home and us. A special thank you to Lynda who cleaned our home like it was hers, we greatly appreciate.

We found the workers that we had to be very punctual and did the job they were sent to do. They were very accommodating of my elderly parents whose home it was. The workers did their job well and we were very satisfied. Thank you to Belfor. Annette in the office was quick to respond to all my questions and was so good about accommodating our schedule since the home my folks lived in was to be sold as they were going into care. Thanks to all of you that took part!

We engaged Belfor Restoration to handle a flood to our unit from 7 stories up in our tower. Belfor were not the initial company to react to the flood. I state this because some folks don't understand in a strata the initial people strata has to handle emergencies is not who an insured party has to go with for their repairs and thank goodness for that. The initial company did their investigation and scared the heck out of me on what was suggested needed to be done. The immediate reaction was I needed another opinion and called my insurer Avia and asked Randy Erickson for some ideas. He mentioned some companies and after that I asked who he'd recommend. This is important because if the insuring agent has a good relationship with a certain restoration company their comfort level with each other is very important going forward, approval is prompt and that is what happened with us. Avia had a claim number to us immediately and approval for Belfor to start restoration with in 2 days. Belfor had a repair schedule to us within a week and work started almost immediately, we had Daniel come in after Project manager Shea's original appraisal for pictures of damage, Megan and Cody were here drying us out, Cass was packing up our items that would need to be removed eventually. All of these people are part of Shea Lowry's Belfor Team, Shea is the project manager who all these folks get their direction from at some point. Shea's project manager assistant Leah who like they say every good man has a better women behind them says it all. Oh let me not forget Kelsey who after Shea and Leah have put the plan together is that reassuring call late every day reminding you of next days work progress, what a comfortable follow up plan. Our final day of restoration was handled by Christine who cleaned our house to a degree my better half who is a clean freak in her own right was totally impressed .Our restoration took a total of 4/1/2 weeks from start to finish, this is not heard of in the restoration business for a repair of our magnitude but goes to show how the plan can work when you have a perfect team working on your behalf and Belfor has proved beyond a doubt if given a chance they will work effortlessly to overcome your personal disaster. I have forgotten two sub Trades Belfor hired to help complete our repairs Bender Painting and Decorating's Jesse Vandekerhove (PDC Projects) and DJ Flooring Center's Reggie who owns (Beneath Your Feet Hardwood), two of the best trades people I have ever had work performed . If I have rambled on it's only because at 70 it is nice to meet good people from great companies.

I recently have water leakage from the kitchen to a living room and my landlord has sent Belfor to do the restoration. I am very grateful for their professional service to get my kitchen and living room back to it's original. It was a great pleasure dealing with Tracey and the crew members: Eric, Edd, Linda, Christine, and all.

Belfor has been fantastic in the restoration of our recent bathroom leak. Everyone who was in our home went above and beyond the already incredible customer service received from day one. Unfortunately, we've been through this once before but not with Belfor. The difference this time was the care, attention and understanding of the disruption during restoration by everyone at Belfor was truly incredible. Tracey and Kelsie, were amazing, they were so great at keeping us advised of even the slightest scheduling change (which were few). Darren, thank you as well !! Jason was outstanding with his perfection and his mindfulness in the inconvenience of not having access to the bathroom for a few days, we just can't say enough about how great he was, he's a true asset to your company. Everyone else involved from the flooring removal and install, plumbing reinstall, the carpet cleaning and the spotless final clean, were all absolutely incredible. I really hope we don't have to go through this again, but without hesitation we will ONLY use Belfor, and no one else because they simply are THE best at what they do. Thank you all so very much.

James and Eric from Belfor were wonderful. They kept me apprised of the different aspects of my particular job and I was quickly put at ease. They did an extremely competent job. I will definitely recommend Belfor to family and friends. If I could give more than five stars- I'd give ten. Super impressed. And completely satisfied.

Belfor made my burst pipe water damage cleanup and refinishing a breeze. Very professional and polite throughout the process. Darren Shea was in charge of my file and I was always kept up-to-date on the entire process. The final clean day was appreciated. Crystal, James and Daniel put my place back to “better” than it was before. Highly recommend Belfor.
