Perfection Cleaning

Perfection Cleaning were perfect on timing and they take care of cleaning your house very well; and with a friendly smile. It really shows that the cleaning team love what they do. Absolutely no complaints, and we would like to take their service again. We will be highly recommending them to my family, neighbors and friends.

Great group of girls friendly and fast everything lived up to my expectations ? house smelled great when I got home from work. Cannot recommend perfection cleaning enough. Even got my glass shower doors sparkling.

I WAS very upset with the quality and service I had received from Perfection Cleaning. I had called for a quote and was greeting by a lovely lady she was, amazing, helped with figuring out what to get done, she was honest and helped with what we needed done. Once the cleaner came it was all downhill. She was 20 minutes late did not apologize, I was upset already because of her being late, then the fresh starbucks which mostly likely was why she was late, the how unprofessional she was with not knowing what she was doing. I asked her did she not have the priority list that was given to her before coming here? She had the list and knew exactly what to do and I was like okay let's show her the house then, after I showed her she told me she would highly likely be done even before the quoted time for EVERYTHING. The SMALL one bed one bath suite, was still dirty, other than one of two things on the priority list, nothing was done, she went off the list which was upsetting because the list was made for a reason. It was 260$ for 5 hours for 1 girl in a less than 700ft2 basement. The Oven was not touched, the entire kitchen was not touched and she told me she didn't have time to do it, it was the big main area I really, really needed done for our appraiser. The bedroom and bathroom was not moped and the bathroom was not swept either. The carpet was half done. I'm really upset over the floors as well it was very, very greasy and sticky still. So I gave 1 star. If I could have given 0 I would have. Update. (Today) The company called me after seeing my review today and we then talked for a while about what had happened, what was and was not done, eventually I was offered a solution which was great. A diffrent woman named lorrie (sorry if the name is spelled wrong) who was just an amazing woman, super sweet, honestly a true pleasure to have in my home! She was also a supervisor, came today right away to come fix what was not done by the previous girl! And she did it in half the time!!! Absolutely blown away! With how sparkly my floors are and how nice it smells and looks!! ? If I can have the standard of clean that the supervisor/amazing woman today left! I would happily use this company again. For this I will still only give 4stars because of what had happened before with the other cleaner and how unprofessional she was with me. However, because of the lady today these stars are deserved to her! Thank you for calling to try to fix this solution and trying to keep your customers happy. Now I do know who to use and who not to use. I will happily wait extra time to make sure I can use use same lady as today!!! It has changed my opinion of Perfection Cleaning.

Perfection Cleaning has been great! The quality clean, friendly, professional staff, and all round services I have recieved from them have been superb, and am very happy with them. I initially intended to only get cleaning done one time, but they exceeded my expectations, so have actually had them back several times since then, and would recommend Perfection Cleaning to anyone looking for a cleaning company to hire them! I hired this company to do a move-in clean a while back, and in chatting with a friend about cleaners/maid services recently, realized I hadn't left a review. First of all, everyone I spoke with was friendly throughout and very pleasant to deal with. However, it cost me over $350 to have an 800ft² empty condo cleaned. Yeah it was dirty, but not trashed or anything. I'd already steam cleaned the carpets myself, so they didn't have to touch 3/4 of the floors. Because the place was empty, I just let them in to do their thing while I was at work, and was really excited in hopes of coming back to a sparkling clean apartment with that freshly cleaned smell (especially given the steep price and positive reviews). That was not the case. I walked in, it smelled the same, and as I started to look around, found so many obvious things missed. The blinds and light fixtures has not been touched, the cabinets and kitchen appliances were just as dirty as before, and so on. To be honest, I had a harder time figuring out what was cleaned. Even the kitchen faucet, the shiniest object in the place, did not sparkle. I emailed the company back with my list of concerns. They apologized and came back for a re-do with a different cleaner. That was better, I appreciated that, but was surprised when the owner made comments such as "well, you know, those blinds took quite a bit of elbow grease to clean" and "we don't actually do light fixtures" (both the website and consultation email included light fixtures). Honey, for $350+ for a small condo (not even including the floors), the place should be SPARKLING. Based on this experience, I will not be seeking their services again.

Perfection Cleaning was professional and quick to respond when contacting them, upon services being rendered I was extremely impressed with the cleaning and was impressed with them following up to ensure my satisfaction. 100% Highly Recommend!

I told them not to touch carpet ( two bedrooms and living room) as it needs shampoing, the service they don't provide. I'd already steam cleaned the carpets myself, so they didn't have to touch 3/4 of the floors. My main bathroom and bedroom (small carpet was flooded 6 sq feet area) so i told them not to worry about bathroom floor and the carpet. Because the place was empty, I just let them in to do their thing while I was at work, and was really excited in hopes of coming back to a sparkling clean apartment with that freshly cleaned smell (especially given the steep price and positive reviews). That was not the case. I walked in, it smelled the same, and as I started to look around, found so many obvious things missed. Some blinds and all light fixtures has not been touched, some cabinets and one side and top of the fridge and microwave top were just as before, and so on. To be honest, I had a harder time figuring out what was cleaned. Even the kitchen faucet, the shiniest object in the place, did not sparkle. So two persons just did two partial bathrooms and partial kitchen and two appliances in $650 +$ in 7hours. They said they charge $100 for two persons per hour. for $650+ for a two bedroom condo (not even including the floors), the place should be SPARKLING. Garbage bag was left behind and they also left used towels n rags in the middle of the building hallway. Based on this experience, I will not be seeking their services again and try my best so nobody get trapped. Make sure you get quote in email or as a text from them. I have pictures before and after. Probably estimate recording too. DO NOT use their service.

Just want to thank your team for going above and beyond for me and my crew. You did a fantastic job on my business and personal home and I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone! Its great to see another small business show so much integrity and honesty, it seems rare these days.
