★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier service I've ever dealt with. Very unprofessional and the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I'm surprised they have 2.6 stars and not 1 to be honest. Do yourself a favor and use anyone but them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hardest place to find and terrible signage! When they call to notify you that you’re parcel is there, at least explain to customers that you’re Not on the road? As I spend 20 min trying to find this dirty place ! Windows filthy and terrible customer service. I told the guy my comments and I’m putting in a review and he said “where here for 25 yrs so reviews don’t matter’- ? yah I’ll go through a different company next time!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love these guys. Deal with them almost on a daily basis. Scheduling pickups is fast and easy. Phone staff is always friendly and accommodating. I've never and any complaints from customers due to lost or damaged packages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbotsford has the rudest driver ever, Munny. He will refuse shipments that he just doesn't feel like taking (within the restrictions too). Complaints have been made to the company directly, they know about it but wont do anything about it. Also when a package is lost the manager Marc does not respond. They do not deal with their claims, they shrug them off hoping that you will forget about it. The "on phone" staff is very pleasant though. I hope that the "phone" staff can find a better company to utilise their talents with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freight rates are getting ridiculous and fuel surcharge is even worse. I can’t raise my rates as fast as you and it is no,wonder why you are getting new equipment and buying out competition in Kelowna etc. easier to raise prices when competition is eliminated. This just raises inflation even faster. Don’t get me wrong as your service is always good but it is hard to keep up with the rising costs that happen almost daily.
