If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This clinic is by far the absolute worst I have ever had to deal with. Not only do you have to wait on hold for 10 minutes at a time to even speak to someone, the lady who answered the phone was incredibly rude and super nasty. I went in to book an appointment in person, and the very same lady that was on the phone took me at the reception. The woman was Very unprofessional, extremely rude, and zero customer service skills, what so ever. I would NOT recommend this place, not even for one star. The ladies working behind the counter need an attitude adjustment and some training courses in basic customer service skills. I will not for one second recommend this practise to anyone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I don’t know if front desk of understaffed or if it’s just careless workers but I’ve tried reaching out 3 times now to get a prescription refill. Once I was put on hold for an hour and I hung up. Twice no one answered. Now I have to switch clinics. They don’t value their patients time at all.

So far so good. Helpful and kind staff, very understanding of my situation, I had an appointment and I got to see a doctor in like 10 minutes. Thank you.

Dr.Haroon Imtiaz is a our excellent family doctor. His services that we received everytime is amazing . He never failed to do so and ensuring that we are properly informed about health wise and we are cared with respect and dignity . Yes for him and highly recommended.

Only a business that relies on the government for it's a revenue, and a captive client base with no other options, could be run in this fashion. Let me assure you, these people don't respect you or your time at all. The doctors are fine but good luck seeing them.

The worse place. Front people are very u fair. When i book my appointment i waited 40 mins before i get take in even tho i am early coz there are some walk-ins fill in which is ok i understand. Then you see other people showing up on their appointments and 15 mins they get take in which is unfair. 4 appointments here and i come in every saturday its always the same. The btw the receptionist girl always looks tired and moody like cheer the f up! Never go here they are not fair too bad i have to change clinic and look for a diff doctor bcoz of their reception but the doctors are great! They need to be fair to people here! And one lady in the front needs to go to charm school. Bad bad service. Avoid this place! I just meed to put one star but zero for this place!

this location does not honour appointments, i was kept waiting for over an hour past scheduled appointment 3 separate times while walk ins were served instantly. also a doctor there just yells as their speaking voice and i could clearly hear the neighbouring patients private medical conversation through the wall, extremely uncomfortable and felt like a violation of their privacy. cant recommend, no matter how convenient, theres other doctors nearby

I will start by saying that my doctor's here are awesome but I am extremely disappointed in the level of service that this clinic staff provides for its patients. Three separate generations of my family have been going to this clinic and it's been nothing but lackluster. Particularly so when it comes to obtaining a doctor's note especially one medically necessary for work. The first time I went to pay for a note that my doctor had given me the office staff hadn't bothered to tell me that you could only pay for it by cash. No signs anywhere either whereas any other doctor's office that I've been to I can pay for it through my debit no problem. Then on top of it all they're asking $30 for the doctor's note. I don't know who has an extra $30 kicking around in their wallet but that's a really funky one to pull out of a machine. They aren't allowed to take payments over the phone and aren't willing to make payment arrangements with their clients. If there's anything that this pandemic has taught me it's that not everybody has the same access to a doctor's appointment so being able to meet over the phone or take payment over the phone is of huge benefit to people that work long hours. I can tell you that when I asked for some assistance with this issue I was screwed off on multiple occasions. Granted I understand that it's not the clinic's responsibility to accommodate to me however it is a little bit frustrating when there are things that can be done about it and they just refuse to make it accessible to their clients. I would rather pay the doctors and the staff of a clinic that cared for the clients than I would continue funding the lives of people that can't preform basic professionalism.
