All of the staff members we came in contact with were very friendly, professional and respectful. A treatment plan was established in the beginning after the consultation, and the staff was able to follow that individualized treatment plan, right up to the end. The fees we were quoted are exactly what we paid, and were more than fair, and definitely comparable to other orthodontic clinics in this area. I absolutely would recommend Okanagan Orthodontics to anyone who is needing orthodontic work for themselves or for their loved ones.

The efficiency of this office is amazing, in the many visits, we have never had a wait time. They are very good at what they do. Dr. Angie Smith is just a wonderful orthodontist. We are very pleased with the outcome of our sons teeth, and she is just so sweet. Thank you all for all you do.

They always make sure you're as comfortable as you can be and they are very gentle! I recommended this Orthodontic office to everyone I know who is in need of braces, and I will forever stand by this place! My braces will be coming off soon, and as excited as I am to see my teeth again, I'm really going to miss going in for my appointments and seeing everyone, they're like a second family!! If i could give them 10 stars I would :)

I had braces 7 years ago and am still so impressed by the amazing work they did! I am now going back with my son and the staff makes me feel just as welcome as when I was going for myself. Everyone is so friendly and easy going. I recently had to get a retainer replaced and they were so great to fit me in over my lunch hour the next day. Soon my daughter will also be getting braces so they will be stuck with me for many more years!
D	Dakota Holly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After being told by my family dentist that my jaw was slightly asymmetrical and having him recommend jaw surgery, I spent several months feeling insecure about my appearance and hyper-focused on my mouth movements. I had a free jaw consultation at Okanagan Orthodontics and everyone I encountered was lovely. The time taken out of their day to look at my jaw (which they ultimately felt was healthy and did not need any surgery) meant so much to me because I no longer feel like my asymmetrical jaw is a health concern. They also let me know that as far as cosmetic concerns go that the asymmetry is minor, which will help undo some of the self-esteem damage my last dentist visit caused.

Their entire staff is super friendly and have done an excellent job not with the orthodontic services they provide but also with taming the anxiety of young patients and making the whole process a comfortable one. We have seen tremendous dental improvement in both children and can't wait to see their smiles when the braces come off! It has definitely been money well spent and I can easily recommend Okanagan Orthodontics to family and friends.

Dr Mulgrew and staff really made my son comfortable and you know they genuinely care. They actually make my son feel proud after he is good at a visit. Would recommend!
