They sold the property when we were on Holidays abroad, we were able to do everything from of Doc u Sign. These guys made it seemless. When we needed direction on a few small decisions in regards to the offer they were very professional in dealing with it. We held our ground on our number and they did as well. We appreciate everything they did for us. We had tenants in the property right up unto closing and these guys even step in to help our tenants move.
