When it came to listing our home, Vanessa was always spot on with timing, she had professional photos done and even helped us ensuring it looked as good as it could. With her guidance we sold our house for more than we were originally hoping to get and within 6 days of listing!!!
Her communication along the way was second to none, from early text messages to set up a viewing to negotiation phone calls at 10pm. We really felt that Vanessa was looking out for our best interest.
We have and will continue to refer all our friends and family to Vanessa! Please, do yourself a favour and talk to her about buying or selling!

Even though we could only see properties virtually, she did an awesome job of showing us our choices & telling us the pros & cons of each place. She was knowledgeable about areas we would prefer, considerations we should think through & kindly showed us properties when we had time, even though we are far away. She helped us arrange all the necessary inspections & communication between us & the seller. We recommend Vanessa to any one who needs help choosing the right property for their family!

She spent extra resources on marketing, pictures and videos. She sold our house within 4 days of it being listed and for 99.9% of asking price! I would recommend Vanessa to anyone looking to buy or sell thier home. I am so thrilled we used her and will absolutely use her again, and refer her to anyone in the market.
