Of course, but what we didn’t get in the experience was an agent pushing us to accept a lowball offer, reduce our price, just pick something (even after 20+ viewings) or inconvenience our family with showings/open houses. Dave was truly a collaborative agent with us, always listening to what we wanted and never was he a “salesman” with us. Dave always had the information we required when asking questions and was spot on with his evaluations on list price and purchase price. Dave always provided an upfront and immediate answer or opinion when asked, but in the end he always deferred to us as it was our sale and our purchase. Being able to sell our home without the salesman pressure of reducing the price as it wasn’t moving as fast as some would like, or accepting a lowball offer made for a less stressful transaction. Dave truly made us feel like he was in it to help us and not just make a commission. Never once did Dave place pressure on us, he only informed and supported us in making our own decisions.
