- Appointment or Walk-in Service
You do not need an appointment to see a walk-in doctor. When making an appointment with your family doctor, the receptionist will ask you about the nature of your visit to allocate the appropriate time for your appointment. Multiple problems may require more than one appointment.
- Cancellations
Cancellations should be made 24 hours in advance as this frees up a needed spot for the next patient. Missed appointments without sufficient prior notice will be charged a fee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the senior receptionist team. So much so that their senior woman used to work at the Walmart clinic and when I realized she changed to this one and I was also looking for a new dr. I checked out Oasis. The new renos look fantastic. Every dr. I have seen, my family dr. or one of the walk in dr. They have always been super awesome with me and my 8 month old daughter.

He takes his time to explain things to you and ensures he informs you of different options if available that you might be interested in. He also is open, approachable and kind hearted. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful which doctor you see here. One told me that my symptoms were because of old age so I told him where to go and walked out. Dr. Musa is the only doctor worth seeing at this location.
Don't think you can get an appointment, even if it is an emergency and you are a long-time patient with a serious condition involving heart attacks and strokes. Two of the experienced receptionists are excellent and recognize me and know what I'm going through. Unfortunately, most times when I call, I get one of the new receptionists (they change frequently) and they are like blocks of ice.
Good luck getting to see a doctor if you are a walk-in patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Musa is a great doctor and a great man. He's very kind and takes the time to listen to all your issues. The ladies at reception are great - very personable and friendly (especially considering how grumpy and rude sick people can be). I recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a family doctor or a good walk-in.
