★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great relaxing first experience for me and my new 10 week old kitten. Welcoming clean office with careful covid protocols and a gentle vet. Pricing was also very competitive for vaccinations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called in advance to ensure they had the specific cat food I needed, told them my cat has a sensitive stomach and needs a specific food. They told me they had some in stock. When we arrived, they didn't have any in stock, but sold my partner on some poor substitute. He felt too polite to decline. NOT IMPRESSED. Next time someone calls to check inventory, do your job and check yours!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our puppy had her first visit yesterday, Dr Nicole Salloum is excellent at her job and I cannot recommend her enough. Olive left still wagging her tail and it was a great first experience. Oaklands is a great veterinary hospital - clean, friendly staff and you can tell a lot of care and thought went into this place. Thank you!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent practice. The Veterinarians at this clinic are very good and they show that they care for your pet. I've had 3 experiences with clinics in Victoria and this one is by far the best in terms of bed side manner over all care and professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so glad we have found the worlds best Vetrinary clinic. Thorough, inexpensive and everyone of the highly skilled veterinarians cares deeply for the animals and is good with people too.
When our cat needed eye and teeth surgery they did a fantastic job, took the time to make sure we understood everything, answered all our questions and saved us $1800!!!
Our kitty is so happy now. We knew just who to call when we purchased our puppy.
