★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply love this clinic, and we have received nothing but great quality service and care from everyone at Downtown Veterinary Clinic. Super gentle, kind, and caring. I especially love the follow-up calls we receive after a visit because it truly makes us feel like they care about our dog Nana.
10/10 recommend :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had two excellent experiences so far with this vet. The first time was a drop in to pick up fortiflora- fast and friendly transaction. The second time was a scheduled appointment for our dog with a red swollen/shut eye. The receptionist was friendly during check in. Dr. Katie was absolutely amazing! She was so good with our dog, and really took the time to ask us questions to assess the scenario. She was friendly and very knowledgeable, and explained everything she was doing through every stage. She also took the time to go through the price of an extra eye test, which we appreciated. All in all, we had an amazing experience during a stressful/sad time. Highly recommend, they were great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the clinic. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Dr Vanessa is very patient in helping answer my concerns about my animal friend's dental issues and she is very considerate of my cat. I highly recommend this vet clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at the Downtown Veterinary Clinic are very good with my dog! He is always excited to go in and they treat him like a long time friend. They don’t try to do unnecessary sales pitches and will comfort you when your dog decides to fight a raccoon. I have confidence my dog is well looked after and am grateful for the good care!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We phoned today to make an appointment for our 17 year old dog because she hasn’t eaten for three days nor has she wanted to drink. She can’t stand very long and sleeps most of the day. The clinic would not see our little dog today and said to wait!!
We’ve been going to Downtown Vet clinic for many years. We were always looked after so well by Dr Levi but he has retired. The clinic is not the same.
The Clinic has not shown any compassion for our sweet little dog, nor for us. We are so disappointed and sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw Dr Vanessa Carl yesterday for a second opinion on my senior dog. She was calm, kind, and patient. She had reviewed my dog’s files before I arrived and fully understood the situation but allowed me to further express my concerns. She was patient with my dog (and me ?) and very thoroughly examined him. It’s obvious she knows her stuff! She’s clearly very competent and experienced. Based on my experience, I’d highly recommend her.
