Just like the other recent 1 star reviews we had a horrible experience with the service here. SAVE YOUR TIME, EMOTIONAL ENERGY AND MONEY! Do not come here, they are very unprofessional and outright rude. My mother in law had her dress ordered from here which they did measurements for before, the dress was delayed and they ordered the wrong size and then charged her an additional $180 for alterations. She had specifically asked for measurements to be increased and not fitted to her because she wants a looser fit. Of course they ordered a size that was extremely tight on her and didn’t even fit. She was upset about this and after she was trying to understand what happened they would demean her with using phrases like “in Canada this how things go..” (my MIL has been in Canada for over 20 years now from the Philippines and is one of the kindest people out there). Absolutely unacceptable. I would not even trust them to get the alterations done correctly and on time. I had to call them to straighten things out and ask for a refund for the alterations cost. Over the phone the staff said “oh we were just having fun and joking” and once I told her saying “you know that’s not true” she eventually passively apologized. This is for the wedding day of her son to express how important it was to have a beautiful gown. The staff member replied back saying “well she’s only wearing it for a day, it doesn’t matter”. Wow… They keep ripping people off and ruing special days in their lives. If you see my other reviews, I typically only write positive reviews and try to give most people the benefit of the doubt, but this place was so horrible to us and many others that I needed to write this. There is no way the rude comments they said to her could have been twisted any other way. We want a refund for this dress because it’s not what we ordered and they have said such hurtful things.

This is the place I go whenever I need evening dresses and alteration work!! She (I believe her name is Kim) went above and beyond for my dress and my husband's suit. Her work is flawless. She's very friendly and accommodating and delivers what she promises. Will definitely recommend!!!

Amazing experience at Nuvon! Was looking all day for a dress to attend a gala at the last minute. Kim & Emily took care of me and made sure that I felt beautiful and comfortable with a stunning dress. Kim took care of alterations at a very short notice. So so thankful for their expertise & assistance. Will be coming back for my wedding dress!

We had pleasant experience in shopping for prom dress for my daughter at Nuvon's bridal. Kim was exceptional and accommodated to our needs. They kept their word and delivered the dress on time. I would definitely recommend and would come again.

I loved my experience at Nuvon's Bridal!! There were so many selections of bridal gowns. Kim (the owner) is also extremely helpful and lovely to work with. She saw the dresses that I was eye-ing, understood the styles that I liked, and hand selected for me several options that worked perfectly for my body type and style! The fitting process was also very easy and smooth, and the tailoring done fitted me perfectly like a glove. I am so grateful for Kim's help and I 200% recommend anyone to go there to shop for dresses!

I went to Nuvon’s for grad and prom dresses. In their selection of dresses they didn’t have a dress to my liking, but I picked a skirt from one dress that I really loved and they custom made my bodice exactly how I wanted it! The preferences for the bodice of my dress were specific, so I was surprised when the design was exactly how I pictured. Kim was so caring and attentive despite having multiple customers coming in and out at the same time. She was very kind and always listened to my concerns and preferences. After I went back for the second time for fitting and alterations. They completed my alterations within an hour and it fit me like a glove. Everyone who works there makes you feel very comfortable and are so friendly. My experience there was more than satisfactory. The customer service is top notch and their skills are unmatched. Thank you Nuvon’s for giving me my dream prom dress!!

I got this dress custom made at Nuvon’s Bridal. I liked the bodice of one dress and the skirt of another. I asked them if they could merge them both together, and they gave me this absolutely beautiful dress in response. Kim and all the staff there were so kind, changing the dress to my wants and needs whenever I asked. I definitely recommend Nuvon’s, and I would totally return for another specialty dress. I also did notice my dress is now available in different colours too. Seeing that just made me glad they liked the design as much as I did, because it shows in their work on this dress. I love it to bits. Overall, it was a really nice experience for a very nervous high schooler in search of a prom dress. I couldn’t be more thankful towards Kim and her team.
