★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t judge a shop by its appearance! The ladies there are experts in fitting you in a dress that is suitable for you. I went to quite a few other shops on the same street and BLISS BRIDAL is by far the most experienced. You can tell that they genuinely care about your outfit for that special day. I didn’t have my mom and girlfriends with me to help me pick my dress due to covid, so they are like my mom and girlfriends - giving me honest opinions. We had such a good time. Alterations are quick and on-point. Prices are awesome. You won’t be disappointed. I got 2 dresses there in one go - and loved them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jane is great! She has an excellent eye for wedding dresses and was very supportive through the entire selection process. I got my alterations done in store and it was affordable and very quick. We received very attentive customer service and could not be happier with the dress we bought.

The sales lady Jane asked me to describe the dress I was hoping for and in under 2 minutes she showed me my dream dress. She was very helpful and not pushy. The dress was a little bit over my budget however Jane offered me a discount and included the alterations for a great price. I could pick it up after one week and the alterations were done exactly how we spoke about. I am incredibly happy with my dream dress. Thank you Bliss Bridal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jane is very dedicated in helping you find a dress you love within your budget. She is old fashioned in a sense that she puts the customer first. She was very transparent and would literally run in the store to bring me options, I could not believe it. She is a master multi-tasker. I recommend adding Bliss Bridal to your wedding shopping needs. I love that she has consignment bridal gowns too and good sales on other wedding attire. Have fun!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I had an amazing experience at Bliss Bridal, specifically with Jane. She was so happy and eager to help us find the right dress, and was very accommodating to what we wanted. They changed the back of the dress we chose to a corset and even altered my suit to fit better on me. They were easy to work with, with high happy energy and very fast service. We were hesitant on going to bridal shops as we are not dress up fancy people, but they made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Their prices were extremely reasonable, especially for the alternations which took no time at all. Thank you for helping us have an easy enjoyable experience with finding the dress for my bride!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought my wedding dress here off the rack and received amazing customer service when it came to alterations. Needed to change the back from buttons to a corset as it was too small and Jane made it happen that evening so I could pick up my dress before leaving for Calgary the following afternoon. After being to other shops where sales people laughed at my <$1200 budget I was welcomed here, had many options to chose from in the new dresses section, and received really great advice/feedback from the lady helping me. You won’t get the glamorous bridal treatment you get at more expensive stores but my dress was my absolute dream dress and all after alterations was under $700. Would recommend this store over and over again.
