★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alex, Theresa and all the shop staff are always amazing. They took care of my car quickly. These guys never let me down. Took it in for a lower control arm. The mechanic noticed I had an oil leak and saw the oil filter was chipped and replaced it. Truly wonderful and professional service. These people go the extra mile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only giving 3 stars because I have messaged them on Google trying to get an appointment for oil change and inspection, there was no answer. I have called 2 days in a row and left multiple messages, no answer, no returning calls, that's not a good business practice. As much as you can be busy, if you don't return calls, you won't get customers.

I APPRECIATE staff also for being honest in their service and recommendations which is a rare thing to come by these days in business. 10/10 would recommend Nubridge Auto.
