Dino was highly recommended to us through a good friend , and now we know why.... never have we ever met a person that takes so much pride in his work.
You just know after a few minutes from meeting Dino that his knowledge and passion for his job is second to none.
One of our homes needed a furnace for sure this year so we had it changed and were so impressed that we were a little proactive of our main home’s furnace we had him change that one as well.
And in the spring we are having him come to install new AC.
I would highly highly recommend Metro/Dino to anyone without hesitation, and I think we even came out of this with new friend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had a new Coleman furnace installed today by Metro. I got 3 quotes before picking Metro. Dino came over and looked over my old furnace and provided many great ideas for a better installation of the new furnace. He said he would clean up all the vent pipes that were just hanging from the joists and remove 3 water discharge hoses that were lying across the floor. He install a water pump to move all the water out to my sump pump. No more hoses on the furnace room floor. He gave me a price better than the others. He just finished the installation and the furnace room is now a work of art. He did everything he said he would and the price was more than fair. Also, instead of replacing my humidifier, like the others wanted me to do, he changed one small part and now it works like a charm. Saved me a few hundred dollars to replace it. His guy knows what he is doing and is true to his word. If you need a new furnace or air conditioner call Metro. He's coming back in the spring to put in a new Coleman AC unit for me.

He takes his time explaining the process so the customer knows what is to be completed. He makes you feel very comfortable and confident of the product and service you are receiving. The prices are affordable and competitive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dino is by far an absolute gentleman. He took the time to not only explain all my options but also reviewed his suppliers to determine the date of any cost increase due to market demand. He did this to ensure I didn't pay any more.
Dino made sure that I put my deposit before any increase due to covid. The entire install was quick and clean.
Dino even took the effort to clean up my prior furnace install (not his work) to leave my house to his standard.
I cannot say enough good things about this man. I've referred a dozen or so people so far and I wouldn't hesitate to have him over again.
Dino is a the guy you want doing your install.

We just moved into a brand new house and he went above an beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He was so busy due to the recent heat wave and in the meantime he brought us a portable AC unit so we would be comfortable. His work is clean and precise. I would highly recommend Dino to anyone and everyone. He took the time to explain everything to us and even made sure we knew he was always there for us even after the job was done. Thank you Dino!

His knowledge of furnaces and A/C units is vast, and he takes delight in explaining how they work, the strengths and weaknesses of various brands, problems to look out for. The installation of our A/C two years ago and of the furnace days ago were both carried out promptly and neatly, and charges were most reasonable. I have no hesitancy in recommending Metro. Dino's workmanship and professionalism are clear and a big contrast to those of the company we had dealt with previously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dino is as honest as they come. We knew we wanted to go with him right from our first conversation. His price was more than fair, and he was very honest and transparent the whole time. He promised he would prioritize our home as we had no AC and a young baby and hot days were upon us. He got here and completed the install quickly, efficiently, and superbly. His knowledge is endless and he is a positive guy to speak with. Very responsive and answered all my questions.
Cleanest install we have ever seen. Work to be proud of.
I would give him 10/5 stars if I could. Beyond exceptional service. Would recommend to anyone who asks. Thanks a lot Dino!
