Unbelievably rude and lacking extreme customer service skills. Never able to get through on the phone, was put on hold for over 30 minutes all bc the website doesn't have all required information.

Excellent facility. 2 rinks. A gym. Indoor running track. Rentable rooms for meetings or parties. A pool. Also outside there is a Soccer field and baseball diamond. Very courteous staff as well!?

Closed on sundays?! That's 50% of the weekend. Why wouldn't they be closed on wednesdays. 80% of people work Monday to Friday. Swimming lessons for kids. 10 spots for a town of 30,000 people. Make zero sense at all. Membership should be free for the level of unaccessibility for this facility.

The public areas down the centre of the building was very pretty and clean, severe lack of seating available for such a large space. Mind you had some spectaculars not been using chairs as purse holders it ought been a bit better. Restrooms were ok, nothing special but nothing terrible. Parking lot was absolutely terrible, nothing changed other than every year it gets worse and worse, and I'm talking all the way going back to 2019. THE ABSOLUTE WORST WAS ELEVATOR BEING DISABLED DUE TO COVID!!! How they can justify closing off the only means to the second floor due to social distancing required because of Covid is a slap in the face to someone who CAN NOT use stairs due to a terrible leg injury. Sadly I have to say it's only been recently that I'm now a special needs person that I see how bad "we" get treated and overlooked. And I'm the lucky one because I'll heal, but what about all those others who arrive for a Saturday late afternoon game and can't get up high in the bleachers? I've never had such a poor experience when it cones to accessibility. And not a person in the building could help, terrible, terrible experience.

Haven't had a great experience with this facility. The customer service has been a sore spot at the front desk for quite some time. Every person you ask for more information has a different answer as if no one knows their own policy as if they haven't been trained at all. No communication in terms of changes in scheduling or hours of operation. My daughter has been in swimming lessons for 3 years there, they closed due to COVID and told us her registration would be held until the facility opened back up. They charged me throughout COVID even though they said they wouldn't because they weren't open, asked for my money back and they said that was the price you pay to hold your registration spot. I stopped fighting and when it came time for the facility to open again, another staff member said I wasn't registered because they no longer held spots?? We were placed on the waiting list again, I had to call to re register my daughter and I asked for a confirmation email to have written proof of my registration. They ended up sending mine and my daughters information to a TOTALLY DIFFERENT PERSON. Honestly, the most unprofessional business I have experienced no doubt. Also finally went back for swimming today as we were accepted into a Saturday morning class, the manager emailed me before March break and told me the lessons would start back up the week after March break. We get there for our first lesson in months and while we are in the changeroom a staff member comes and tells us the pool is closed for another 4 weeks... looking for other options because this place is THAT bad.
